About Us
Since its inception in 1978, Bill Huml grew his practice, William E. Huml & Co. Ltd., and offered tax, financial, auditing and accounting services to hundreds of satisfied clients. While pursuing other endeavors in real estate in the mid-1990s, Bill continued to maintain his expertise in tax and consulting. Needing another seasoned individual to assist in maintaining the requirements of the various real estate ventures, he hired Ronda Landry in 1996. The commitment to providing tax and accounting services grew and in 2001 Ronda became a shareholder and the corporation evolved to what the firm is today. While we have maintained different offices along the years, we are pleased to be in a friendly and convenient location in Libertyville, Illinois.

Ronda Landry CPA
Ronda Landry, CPA has over 20 years of accounting and financial reporting, tax consulting and preparation experience for all types of businesses. She currently focuses on small businesses to help them achieve their goals as well as advises them of the tax implications of their business decisions. Her credentials are as follows:
